What is the return / exchange policy? TOP
We offer a 30-day, risk-free trial period on all carriers we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away. More often than not, we can help you troubleshoot. In the event we are unable to resolve your issue, we will forward you a RA number and provide you with the return address.
1) All purchases returned within 30 days from the ship date will receive a full refund (less flat rate shipping of $8 for orders that qualified for free shipping OR shipping paid on the order, whichever pertains to your order) provided it is in new (void of stains, detectable scents, wrinkles, etc), unwashed condition with original packaging in tact.
Customer is responsible for postage on return shipping.
We reserve the right to deduct 10% from the refund returned in used condition. We do NOT charge a restocking fee as long as the item is in NEW condition.
We consider an item in used condition if the packaging is damaged, missing parts (i.e. instructional booklet or DVD) or absent. An item is also considered condition if it was washed, has obvious odor such as perfume, laundry detergent, smoke or pet odor. If the returned item has stains or cosmetic defect (such as wrinkles or torn thread), it is considered in used condition.
*We may accept returns after the 30-day period on a case-by-case basis. *All returns outside of the 30-day trial period will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
*All sales are final on OUTLET items, unless there's a manufacturer defect. Because you are receiving significantly deep savings, we regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please contact us for proper return protocol.
2) Exchanges will be accommodated based on our latest inventory selection. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We will ship your exchange once your original return was inspected. Please allow 2-3 business days upon receipt of returned item for us to ship the replacement. Shipping on the exchange item is a flat rate of $8 via USPS Priority Mail for U.S. orders. International rates apply to our oversea customers.
What is the shipping rate and procedure? TOP
We ship all orders within 48 hours unless we contact you otherwise.
1) U.S. shipping:
Domestic U.S. shipping, including Hawaii and Alaska, will be shipped via the most economical method unless you choose to add additional options during the check-out process.
Your package is shipped UNINSURED! Once the package leaves our hands, we cannot be liable for its delivery or damage. In other words, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items once it is shipped. For this reason, we highly recommend the insurance option!
2) International shipping:
*Please note: We are not permitted to ship Beco Butterfly carriers to countries where a distributor or retailer(s) exist. Your order will not be processed and credit card uncharged.
Please check here for a retailer in your country.
*We are also not permitted to mark "gift" on the customs form as it is a severely punishable crime.
*Last but not least, we are unable to offer discounts on orders of multiple quantities as it is in violation of our retailer agreement with the manufacturer.
We charge a flat rate shipping of $14.95 for international shipping via USPS International Parcel Post as it is the most cost-effective method. It may take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for delivery, depending on custom clearance which we are unable to control. It generally, however, takes 2 weeks for delivery to most major countries.
International exchange shipping will be the same as the flat rate shipping via the same economy method stated above with customer responsible for return shipping back to us.
**Please note: International Priority Mail arrive significantly faster than Parcel Post. For most countries, it is only a marginal difference in price. We highly recommend using our flat rate for International Priority Mail for only $19.95!
